We collect the minimum data needed to reply to you. We do not sell or share it, and this website has no analytics or advertising.

2. What data we process and why
- Contact form. First name, last name, email address, chosen subject, message, page language and the IP address you send it from. We use them to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a quote.
- Server logs. IP address, date and time, page requested and browser. We use them to keep the website secure and detect attacks.
We do not build profiles or take automated decisions with your data.
3. On what legal basis
- Form: your consent when you send it and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with them and, if no business relationship follows, for a maximum of one year.
- Server logs: for a maximum of two years.
- If you become a client: the periods required by commercial and tax law.
5. Who it is shared with
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The website is hosted on our own servers located in Spain.
Email and the inbound connection to the website are provided by a supplier established in the European Union, acting as a data processor. There are no transfers outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info[@]kalix.es. Tell us which right you wish to exercise; if we have doubts about your identity, we will ask you to prove it.
If you feel we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form messages arrive in a restricted-access mailbox.
8. Minors
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
